We strive to be loyal to our subscribers and care about your satisfaction with the quality of our services. Refunds are available within the first 30 days from the date of subscription, regardless of the type of subscription you have chosen.
To request a refund, please contact our support team and provide a reason for your request.
Possible reasons for a refund include:
- technical issues with our service,
- significant discrepancies with the stated conditions.
If you cancel your subscription after the 30-day period, refunds will not be issued, and the fee for the entire subscription period will apply. For example, if you chose an annual subscription and decide to cancel it after 3 months, you will be billed for the full annual subscription. However, after the term ends, the subscription will not be renewed. You will still have access to the services and can use them until the end of the annual subscription period.
If the agreement is fully terminated, you will not be able to access your user account, and you will not have a valid license to use ArgusVPN applications and client software. After the termination of this Agreement, all licenses granted under it cease to be in effect, and you will lose access to all ArgusVPN products.
