The headings within these Terms are solely for reference and do not, in any manner, define, limit, interpret, or describe the scope or extent of such section.
Our lack of enforcement of any provision of these Terms should not be construed as a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
We reserve the right to assign these Terms, in whole or in part. Additionally, we may delegate our duties and responsibilities or employ contractors or agents to meet our obligations under these Terms.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us concerning your use of your Account or the Services, superseding any prior or current communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and ArgusVPN regarding your Account or the Services.
In the event of any inconsistency between the English version of these Terms and any translated versions, the English version shall take precedence.
